Plan Cancellation Policy
Our plans are designed to provide extraordinary value with high-quality service at discounted rates. To ensure fairness for all our clients, the following cancellation terms apply.
Basic Plan
Monthly Billing
If a full-service visit has been used and the plan is canceled before completing 6 months of your current-year term, the remaining balance for the 6-month period will be billed to the card on file.
Annual Billing
Basic plans billed annually are non-refundable. If canceled before the end of the service year, you will retain all plan benefits through the remainder of your current term.
Standard & Premium Plans
Monthly Billing
If a full-service visit has been used and the plan is canceled before completing 3 months of your current-year term, the remaining balance for the 3-month period will be billed to the card on file.
Annual Billing
