Terms of Service

Services Provided

Evergreen Home Support LLC provides minor home repair, preventative maintenance, and residential technical support. We are a registered Specialty Contractor in Washington State (Handyman). We do not perform work requiring a General Contractor’s license or major electrical/plumbing permits.

Estimates and Payments

Estimates are valid for 30 days. Payments are due upon completion of service unless a subscription plan is in place. We reserve the right to charge a travel fee for locations outside our primary service area of Burien/South King County.

Access and Safety

The client must provide safe access to the property. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous. For technical support, the client must be present or provide authorized access to hardware and network credentials.

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. We are fully insured and bonded as required by Washington State L&I.
