No, you do not need to be home, though you are always welcome to be!
Many of our clients prefer to schedule our visits while they are at work, running errands, or enjoying their day. During our initial consultation, we will establish a secure method of entry that you are comfortable with (such as a spare key, a lockbox, or a smart-lock code).
Rest assured, all of our team members undergo rigorous background checks and vetting, so your home is in safe hands whether you are there or not. If you do plan to be home, we will happily work around you to minimize any disruption to your day.

If you reside just outside our standard service area, please feel free to reach out to us! Depending on our current schedule and team availability, we can often make special accommodations or expand our reach to help you get the support you need.
We love pets! During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your pets’ personalities and habits. As long as your pets are comfortable with visitors, they are free to roam. If they tend to get anxious or protective, we kindly ask that they be secured in a comfortable room or crate during our visit for everyone’s safety.
We understand that plans change! We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any service cancellations or rescheduling. Service cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to respect our staff’s scheduled time.
